I am passionate about coaching because I absolutely love adapting to bring out the best in my teams and peers (and sometimes my leaders). My love for communication fuels my curiosity about the complexities of human interaction, and I'm always looking for ways to make them more impactful. I thrive on solving problems and refining skills, treating each challenge as a puzzle to unlock the full potential of any given situation.
